It seems the coronavirus outbreak has thrown all of Maynard James Keenan’s plans into disarray. But that has surprisingly worked in favor of the fans.
The frontman was supposed to be on tour with Tool. But with that on hold, he’ll instead release new music from Puscifer. Sharing snippets of “stuff” to their Instagram, the band hints that the album they recorded last year will be out “soon” rather than in 2021 as originally scheduled. Puscifer is much more forthcoming with material. Their last record dropped in 2015. Meanwhile, it took 13 years for Tool to put out Fear Inoculum. Members of Tool have also said the band is hoping to use quarantine as a time to work on material. Read that story HERE.
Jade was born and raised in Detroit Rock City and grew up listening to Led Zeppelin, The Who, Tom Petty, etc. In high school she tried multiple different styles from cheerleader to goth but couldn’t do gymnastics and couldn’t get her eyeliner dark enough. She settled on jeans and a t-shirt, playing sports and making normal situations overly awkward. When she’s not making bad jokes on the radio you can find her shanking golf balls into the woods on the golf course and drinking beers at the bar. She has a strict two shot limit when it comes to tequila. Jade enjoys writing and talking about everything happening in Detroit Rock City, our Detroit sports teams, golf, and her fear of robots.
