According to the producers of the next James Bond movie, they’re looking for an actor or actress to play the role for at least the next 10 years. The character of James Bond is set to evolve in future movies.

Can you imagine James Bond being a sensitive agent to criminals feelings? A non-drinking, non-smoker who never gambles? Daniel Craig, our last James Bond, will hang up his suit possibly to a female Bond 007. Guess we’ll all have to wait and see if the next Bond will not be shaken but stirred this time.

The next James Bond films will have bigger roles for women and a more sensitive 007, according to the producers, who said "Bond is evolving just as men are evolving". Barbara Broccoli said that the next actor to take the role will continue the work of Daniel Craig, who "cracked Bond open emotionally".
