This Week’s Stupid Criminal Has Crabs – Screamin’ Scott

Nothing is more blatant than going to a grocery store and then going in through the out door with all your items and not paying for them. This crime does not pay, but I’m very surprised this criminal didn’t steal butter to go with all those crabs.
