Meltdown on WRIF

Weekdays 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

I thought about this Top 3 the other day and it came to me pretty fast. I didn’t have to think very long…

#3 – To be working at WRIF. The RIFF isn’t your ordinary cookie-cutter radio station. We are the only one of its kind in the country. WRIF is well respected between other radio stations and bands from all over the world. The history of the legendary personalities that have walked the halls is impressive. For proof, just listen to the first two installments of The History of WRIF podcast.

#2 – Another easy one. To be American, living in the greatest country in history! Sure, we have our differences, but at the end of the day there’s no place I’d rather be. That’s a lot of the reason I thank those who protect and serve at the end of my show every day.

#1 – I’m thankful for my family. I’m a lucky man, for sure! A great wife, two wonderful kids, two step-children, and in-laws I get along with! LOL That, in itself, is a reason to be thankful! Although my mother passed away in 1992, my dad is still around and I talk to him several times a week. He’s traveled to watch the kids play hockey. I’ll never forget the look on his face to see my daughter score. Priceless!

What are you thankful for?
