NFL Teams Are Selling Some Amazing Food During The Playoffs
NFL teams are selling some amazing food during the playoffs. This is certainly a perk for fans spending a lot of money to go to the games.
Playoff tickets can be quite expensive. However, they do come with some great benefits. For starters, you can see your team possibly advance to the next round. You never know when the next time that might happen will be. It’s also a chance to make good memories. Again, this doesn’t happen to every NFL team or every fan every year so you have to enjoy it while you have the opportunity. Additionally, NFL teams are selling some crazy good food and concessions during the playoffs it sounds like! Being at the game can get you access to some delicious treats.
What Food Will NFL Teams Be Selling During The Playoffs?
These are not your ordinary concessions. Some of these are massive and have to be seen to be believed. If you’re not a football fan, these food options being offered by NFL teams at games might be enough to get you to try to attend a game. The Kansas City Chiefs, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Houston Texans all made the playoffs this year and they will be offering new dishes during games in partnership with Aramark Sports + Entertainment, per TMZ. It looks like you might need some teammates to help you finish these treats though.
Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs, will be selling Touchdown Toast which is a massive French Toast that comes with berry sauce and vanilla ice cream. Yum. Philadelphia Eagles fans will be able to enjoy Pretzel Jawn at Lincoln Financial Field. It’s a large pretzel that comes with 3 sauces including a green mustard. Eagles fans can appreciate that I’m sure. Finally, fans of the Houston Texans can enjoy Bigger In Texas Tamale at NRG Stadium. It has meat, chili sauce, and salsa all over it. Who doesn’t love tamales?
Honestly, for how big and unique these offerings are they aren’t all that expensive. At least for what you can expect at playoff games. TMZ says the dishes will run anywhere from $17.25 to $25. Not bad for all that food! Of course, the food isn’t the star that will still be the game but it’s cool that these teams will be offering these dishes during the playoffs. Away fans can enjoy these offerings as well, it’s not just for the home fans! That’s good news for any Green Bay Packers fan who will be going to Philly, Los Angeles Chargers fans in Houston, and who ever the Chiefs end up playing. Food and football just go together. Don’t believe me? Ask Matthew McConaughey.
