Was a Cop Making Porn While on the Clock?

A police officer in Phoenix, Arizona, has been accused of doing something naughty while on the clock!

Phoenix police officer Christian Goggans is involved in an internal investigation for “making and distributing pornography while he was assigned to work from home and on the clock.”

Allegedly Googans has been in extremely graphic porn videos that he was uploading to a Twitter page. It’s also been alleged that while he was on home duty, he had also been traveling to and from Las Vegas producing, starring, and then posting pornographic videos under the name ‘Rico Blaze.’

The police department public information officer says home duty required the officer to call in once daily but would not go into the investigation or why he was on home assignment.
