Bloody, naked man with AR-15 later tased by police after allegedly trying to set apartment fire
TROY, MI - A naked Michigan man armed with an AR-15 was arrested after he allegedly broke into an apartment and tried to set it on fire. Alexander James Raymond, 31, of Troy has been charged with third degree home invasion, fifth degree arson and three counts of restrictions and obstruction a police officer.
