I had always heard about how eerie it was on the set of Man on the Moon, when Jim Carrey became the embodiment of comedy icon Andy Kaufman. Other actors working on the project who actually knew Kaufman reported that it was almost like Andy himself was on set with them while Carrey was in character. Now there is a documentary coming to Netflix to show us how dedicated Carrey really was to this role.
There's a very intriguing quote from Jim Carrey in the trailer that has my interest peaked, "Universal didn't want the footage we took behind the scenes to surface, so that people wouldn't think I was an asshole."
