Guy Take a Street Sweeper for a Joyride, Crashes into Parked Cars

New Jersey police are looking for a suspect who stole a street sweeper while the worker was changing a garbage bag on the vehicle. The suspect crashed and fled the scene after a brief joyride, nobody was harmed during the incident, but several parked cars were damaged.
