  • An Update on Ozzy’s “Life Determining” Surgery

    Sharon Osbourne revealed last week that Ozzy was due to go under the knife this past Monday for surgery that was, “really going to determine the rest of his life.”
    The surgery in question was reported, by Page Six, to remove and realign pins in his neck and back that were put in after his fall in 2019. As of Tuesday, Ozzy was discharged from the hospital after a successful procedure and Sharon Osbourne shared on Twitter that he was doing well and on the road to recovery.

  • Rob Halford’s Plans for the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

    Even though Judas Priest will be back door inducted into this year’s Rock And Roll Hall of Fame’s class via the Musical Excellence Award, that hasn’t stopped lead singer Rob Halford from making some fun and very specific plans for the induction ceremony in November.

    “I’m going to see what table Dolly Parton is sitting at and I’m just going to run to the table and do the ‘Devil horns’ thing,” Halford told Metal Crypt. “Tongue out, horns up, behind Dolly’s head!” Something tells me Dolly will be game for such a photo.

  • Lamb of God Announce New Album, Tour

    Lamb of God announced a new album and tour this past week. The album titled ‘Omens’ is scheduled for an October 7th release, while the tour will feature Killswitch Engage, Baroness and Suicide Silence. That tour will roll through the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater on August 25th and Suicide Silence also have a new record, Remember…You Must Die due out early next year, so expect plenty of new songs you haven’t heard before when you see them.

  • Fear Factory to Reissue ‘The Industrialist’

    Fear Factory announced a reissue of their 2012 record ‘The Industrialist’, celebrating the album’s 10-year anniversary.

    Bonus tracks are a given, but the real news is that the reissue will feature current Fear Factory drummer Mike Heller, replacing all the original album’s programmed drums!
