“I noticed a mass growing on the side of my neck in July 2022, I thought it was maybe an insect bite. I had three samples taken and then went back to see my specialist who said that sadly it was lymphoma. An MRI scan showed that I also had cancer in my bowel and lower intestinal tract,” Bray typed in a post on Facebook, adding, “none of this will break me. F*** cancer.”

  • Metallica’s Best Entry Point Song

In a recent interview with Omar and Cedric of The Mars Volta, Cedric recounted that Metallica came to a Mars Volta show in New Zealand and asked if they were going to play Inertiatic ESP, which was not a part of the set list at the time. Omar then chimed in that he got to attend a Metallica rehearsal before they played a stadium in Guadalajara, Mexico and the band busted out of cover of the song for him to show what big fans they were.

Robert Trujillo also made news last week when he was asked what Metallica song was the best entry point for a new fan, as part of Revolver’s Point of Entry series. Trujillo named the Master of Puppets classic Disposable Heroes as his entry point selection, saying that it was the perfect example of what he calls “the power groove”.
