With Twilight Zone Day coming on May 11th, what better way to celebrate than by looking into which cities have the most paranormal activity? From Bigfoot to aliens to cryptids, we're all fascinated with something paranormal.

Lawnlove.com compared over 200 cities to see where they all rank with supernatural events like Bigfoot sightings, hauntings, ghosts, and many other paranormal activities. Unfortunate or fortunate, depending on how you look at it, Detroit ranks 42 on the list. But, Michigan does have the Haunted Orson Star House in Royal Oak!

But here are the top five cities (check out the full list on Lawnlove.com)

Los Angeles CA

LA ranks number one among all the cities for paranormal activity. They also rank number 2 for witches and number 4 for vampires. Tom Petty warned us about those vampires walkin' through the valley!

New York NY

The home of the Ghostbusters! So of course, New York ranks number 2! The Division of Cemeteries keeps watch over 1700 cemeteries in New York, so that's a lot of potential ghostly activity.

Chicago IL

Home of the country's first serial killer, H.H. Holmes, home "The Murder Castle". That's just one of the many creepy places to visit in Chicago. They also have infamous ghost tours.

San Diego CA

California is so full of paranormal, TWO of its cities rank in the top five. San Diego is another super supernatural place of activity. One of the greatest ghost tours is in San Diego.

New Orleans LA

New Orleans has always oozed mysticism and witchcraft. And with a city steeped in a rich and sometimes dark history, they easily rank #5 on the list. That's some serious Voodoo!
