New Study Names These The Most Sexually Active Cities In 2025
Have you ever wondered, “what are the most sexually active cities in 2025?” Well, wonder no more! The results are in!
Emisil recently conducted a study to find the most sexually active cities in the world in the year 2025. To get their results, Emisil examined the cities with the highest sex drive and compared them among key behavioral, cultural, and interest-based Google searches. They also considered factors like the number of sex shops and adult events in each city. When it was done, they gave every city a score and they had their results for the most sexually active cities in the world. To my surprise, a city in the United States landed at number one–and it’s probably not the city you’d expect it to be!
What Are The Most Sexually Active Cities In 2025?
Personally, if I heard that the most sexually active city in the world was in the United States, I would immediately think it has to be Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s been nicknamed Sin City after all! It would only make sense. However, I would be incorrect. That title actually belongs to Los Angeles, California according to Emisil‘s study.
Los Angeles was found to be the city with the highest sex drive and the most adult-themed events. I guess it can make sense, but I still would have expected Vegas to earn the top spot in the study. Los Angeles is a beautiful town with beautiful people, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that they’re having sex with each other. I guess it makes sense when you think about it.
Coming in 2nd place on Emisil‘s study was Sao Paulo, Brazil. It stood out as the city with the most sexual encounters in the year on average at 145. That stood out among the other cities that made the list. Coming in at 3rd is Athens, Greece. That’s followed by Auckland, New Zealand which has the highest number of lifetime sexual partners on average at 13, per Emisil.
Los Angeles was the only US city to make the Top 10. Other cities that made Emisil‘s Top 10 include Montreal, Rome, London, Mexico City, Zurich, and Stockholm. Las Vegas didn’t even make the Top 10! That was a big surprise.
