Dog Rescue Shares Video Of Dogs Reacting To Being Kissed
The video was shared by @fetcherdog on Instagram and the caption says, “It’s our best of 2024 kissing compilation!!! We have kissed a lot of dogs this year to see their reactions but these were your favourites. We are so grateful for everyone who has enjoyed our videos this year. We couldn’t rescue these dogs without your support. We have a big fundraising campaign starting today so please head to the links in our bio to donate and help us rescue more dogs!”
You can see the viral video for yourself below. How cute is that?
Adorable, right? What a great idea and I really hope this leads to all of the dogs finding their forever home. It’s a cause near and dear to my heart as well. My English Bulldog, Farley, is a rescue and I’m so glad we found each other.
However, while this is insanely adorable and the cutest thing ever I can’t recommend going up to random dogs and trying to give them a kiss. These kisses and clips were clearly from professionals who are familiar with the dogs and trust getting close to them. Putting your face near a dog’s face isn’t always a good idea and isn’t always adorable! They might not like it, they might get scared, or something might trigger them where they end up going for your face! It happens and you don’t want it to happen to you. So, maybe it’s something that’s best left to the professionals and we can enjoy these videos online instead of doing it ourselves.
Which dog in the video was your favorite reaction? Let us know! They have a lot more cute videos on their site that you can watch as well. It was a clever idea and it’s great to see it going viral. Hopefully other dog rescues will follow suit and find creative ways to get their pups out there.
