Civil Servant Accused Of Shooting Hundreds Of Sex Tapes With Other Men’s Wives
A civil servant for the Republic of Equatorial Guinea has been accused of shooting hundreds of sex tapes with other men’s wives. They also aren’t his wife.
According to reports, some of the wives seen in these videos are the wife of some prominent officials. That can’t be good. Now, the government seems to be trying to slow the spread of the videos on social media. Damage control is officially underway!
Did A Civil Servant Make Hundreds Of Sex Tapes With Other Men’s Wives?
According to NDTV, the married director of the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), Baltasar Ebang Engonga, can be seen on video in these sex tapes at his office in the finance ministry with the wives of some prominent officials. The country’s vice president, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue took to X (formerly Twitter) to say the government would order the “immediate suspension of all civil servants who have had sexual relations in the offices of the ministries, as this constitutes a flagrant violation of the code of conduct and the law on public ethics.” Believe it or not, it’s not the first time that sex tapes involving civil servants have been leaked on social media, per reports.
However, due to the notoriety of the people and officials involved this time seems a bit different and more noteworthy. Obiang reportedly gave 24 hours notice to the country’s telecommunications ministry, regulator, and telephone companies “to curb the distribution of pornographic videos that are flooding social networks in Equatorial Guinea,” per NDTV. It sounds like it’s destroying families as you’d imagine and they want to put an end to the videos spreading online to try to limit the damage. According to NDTV, Engonga shot more than 400 pornographic videos in his office. Not only is he an important government figure but so is his father Baltasar Engonga Edjo who’s currently Chairman of the Commission of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community. Additionally, he’s related to the country’s long-serving president.
Now, reports are saying that if medical examinations reveal that Ebang Engonga was infected with a sexually transmitted disease he would be prosecuted for an offense against public health. Maybe all of his connections won’t end up helping him. You’d think they would. It sounds like their plan to slow the distribution of the videos has been working online, but they’re also expecting that more videos could be uploaded to the internet and social media in the near future, per NDTV.
