What do you think is the most underrated metal album of all time? There are so many underrated metal albums that deserve to get more attention. For me, I personally think Metallica’s “Death Magnetic” is underrated.
I know what you’re thinking. That’s a pretty popular album, right? It also has received lots of attention and accolades over the years.
But, when it comes to Metallica, when people name those bread-and-butter records that are their most recognized, they’re always “Master of Puppets” or “…And Justice for All” and “The Black Album.” I rarely hear “Death Magnetic” appreciated. Also, “Ride the Lightning” is another Metallica album that I think deserves more recognition.
