Lzzy fresh off her appearance on the big screen at Comerica Park on Friday night. She admitted to me she's not a sports fan, but loved being at the ball game.

A recent study came out showing that musicians are more attractive. Ever wonder why rock stars get so many groupies?  Turns out, it’s science.

This study was done in Australia, to find out if musicians are indeed considered more attractive by the opposite sex. While the perception of musical talent tended to increase sexual attraction in both men and women, researchers say the effect was more pronounced in women rating the desirability of males.

While I can’t really tell you about the hot dudes in rock, I can tell you about the hot woman….so here it goes.

    I’ve been a fan of hers for a while. Not only is she talented, she’s really cool and very attractive.

  • Maria Brink from In This Moment

    She’s sexy and mysterious all at the same time. I have interviewed her and she’s always thoughtful and great to chat with. Oh, I do have a thing for blonds with running makeup.

  • Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil

    Hot and short! I had the chance to meet her here at the station a few years back. There’s just something about her, and that accent!

  • Carly Simon

    Ok, this is for the older guys in the crowd. I’ve always appreciated her song writing and the cover of the No Secrets album. Anyone who knows me knows she’s my guilty pleasure, being a rock guy and all.

  • Lzzy Hale from Halestorm

    A no-brainer. I’ve known Lzzy for probably ten or twelve years. Not only is she pretty and talented, she’s really down to earth and very, very nice. That goes a long way with me.

  • Amy Lee from Evanescence

    I met Amy for the first time back in 2009 in L.A. She had a Smurfs shirt on. That was enough for me. Not that she had a Smurfs shirt on, but it looked so good on her.

    Oh, and I never get sick of this song.

     

  • Lita Ford

    I met her about ten years ago. She invited us into her dressing room and was so hospitable. Just a really nice person. Plus, she’s really the epitome of sexy from the 80s.

  • Carla Harvey from the Butcher Babies

    Again, not only is Carla smokin,’ she’s also very cool. Her friend Heidi is pretty hot too, but I’ve never met her.

     

  • Nita Strauss

    Alice Cooper didn’t bring Nita into the fold just because she’s good looking, he brought her in because she shredds! Nita is one of my faves to talk to. Really nice and super talented.

  • Susanna Hoffs

    Heading back to the 80s for this pick from the Bangles. Sexy…..

Honorable mentions – Taylor Momsen. Great looking and very talented. I love The Pretty Reckless. Alissa White-Gluz from Arch Enemy, although I’ve never met her. Sean from White Zombie. Once again, I’ve met her, but she’s the bass master.
