Don’t dine-and-dash and don’t ride-and-dash either. It can be more dangerous than you’d think!

A carriage ride sounds romantic and easy going, but it can still lead to a crazy beat down. You don’t want to mess with those people it sounds like. Some Americans were in Dublin, Ireland to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and attempted to do the old ride-and-dash and use the carriage and leave without paying, per Daily Beast. Well, this carriage driver was not having that happen. He was able to corner the people trying to ride-and-dash and gave them a horsewhip beatdown! They finally ended up paying for the ride and then got whipped some more! Sounds like they probably learned their lesson.

You do not want to get attacked with a whip! Choosing to mess with a carriage driver was not the right choice. They messed around and found out that’s for sure.
