Photographer Claims Megan Thee Stallion Made Him Watch Her Have Sex With Woman

A photographer claims that Megan Thee Stallion made him watch her have sex with another woman. Now, he’s suing over the incident alleging it was a hostile work environment.

Megan Thee Stallion allegedly making him watch her get busy with another woman isn’t the only scandalous claim in the suit! Here’s more on the case and developments below.

Did Megan Thee Stallion Make Cameraman Watch Her Have Sex?

According to Page Six, Emilio Garcia filed the complaint in Los Angeles and claims that Megan had sexual relations with another woman while riding in an SUV in Ibiza, Spain back in 2022. Garcia claims he was in the car at that time.

Per Page Six, Garcia claims Megan told him, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.” Garcia told NBC News, “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.” That would be a weird situation to be in. “Hey, I’m still in the car! Don’t do that!” It’s a real life “get a room” situation. Unfortunately, it seems like they couldn’t wait for said room.

Additionally, Megan Thee Stallion would berate the photographer on the tour making fat jokes at their expense, according to Page Six. Then, he claims things changed after that incident where she changed his pay and how he was treated Garcia claims in a report by Page Six.

Page Six reports that Garcia was fired in 2023 and he believes it’s all tied back to his complaints about her behavior and is retaliation. Aside from Megan Thee Stallion, Garcia is also suing Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc; Hot Girl Touring, LLC; and Roc Nation for harassment and other labor violation, per Page Six.
