Bengals or Rams: This is only the 3rd time in the last 30 Super Bowls that I don’t care who wins. Of the games I did have a cheering interest I’m 14-14, so happy half of the time.
Favorite Super Bowl Snack: Spicy food for the game. Wings or chili. They pair well with a nice rum and Coke.
Crazy Game Prediction: As I don’t have a team to cheer for, I’m hoping for something crazy to happen. Like Cincinnati’s rookie kicker to win the MVP Award.

Anne Erickson’s super easy vegetarian chili
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 (16-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
Directions:
This recipe is super easy and perfect if you don’t have much time to cook dinner. Heat all of the ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium to medium-high heat. Bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with whole grain rolls. Enjoy!
