Pantera has become the latest band to expand its portfolio to include alcohol labels with a new beer brand, a first for the iconic metal band.

Pantera Golden Ale is set for release in March 2021 and will be brewed by Texas Ale Project, a Dallas-based brewery.

Packaging details are not currently known, but from the brief video embedded below, Pantera Golden Ale will be available in 12 oz. cans and is 5.4% Alc./Vol. It goes without saying that it’ll likely earn the re-SPECT of the band’s fan base upon its release.

  Mercury's two drinks of choice, Stoli and Cristal, are just another part of his legend. Queen launched the limited edition Killer Queen Vodka in 2014. In the announcement of Killer Queen, Brian May said, "Freddie loved vodka and used to carry a dry ice cooler full of vodka with him on tour." As for the Cristal, that was Mercury's favorite champagne and would stock his fridge with dozens of bottles of it for parties.

  Hagar arguably started the very popular trend of rock stars with their own liquor brands. Even though the Red Rocker has launched a number of different spirit labels, Cabo Wabo Tequila was his first, and it made him a very rich man. Hagar has since sold all of his stake in the brand, but when he first sold 80 percent of Cabo Wabo to Gruppo Campari in 2007, he earned $80 million.
• Zakk Wylde/Black Label Society – Johnnie Walker Black Label

  An obvious association, especially regarding Black Label Society's debut album 'Sonic Brew,' which featured the design of Johnnie Walker's Black Label Whisky label and bottle. Wylde, however, didn't get permission to use the Johnnie Walker imagery and was served with a cease and desist.
