Another study was conducted, this time in the American Medical Association’s Journal and they are encouraging coffee use!

According to CNET, multiple studies have been conducted, even by the U.S. National Cancer Institute, who used blood samples to volunteers, and those who drank two to three cups of coffee a day, to 10,000 who drank at least 8 cups a day, they found that non-coffee drinks were more likely to have died than those who don’t drink coffee.

The report also notes that it doesn’t matter WHAT TYPE of coffee. “Decaf, instant, fancy pricey coffee from that gourmet shop down the road — apparently the type of coffee doesn’t matter…”

The concluding point quoted by CNET says “This study provides further evidence that coffee drinking can be part of a healthy diet and offers reassurance to coffee drinkers.”

So whether you’re a Starbucks drinker, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald’s, Folgers, or even Great Wild Coffee drinker – get your chug on!
