A personal trainer in the U.K. claims to have finished a 30-day PIZZA DIET, where he ate it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Could you do it?
He somehow managed to lose seven-and-a-half pounds. His name is Ryan Mercer and he wanted to show how calorie-deficit diets can allow people to lose weight and not miss out on their favorite foods. Ryan planned out his meals and made all the pizzas himself, but he also maintained his regular exercise plan.
