Are These Really the Worst Valentine’s Day Gifts?

Valentine’s Day is on the way. If you have someone special in your life, it’s time to start thinking about what to get your significant other for the big day.

According to Reviewed.USAToday.com, the absolutely worst give to get your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day is an oversized teddy bear. Say what? I am a huge fan of stuffed animals and absolutely love it when I get them for any holiday, so apparently, I’m outside the norm.

The article states, “Leave the stuffed animals for the kids, please and thank you. Your partner is much more likely to enjoy curling up with this cozy weighted blanket than a creepy seven-foot tall teddy bear, after all. We recommend this one from Gravity because it’s super soft to the touch and provides just the right amount of pressure that’s comforting without being suffocating.” Again, I totally don’t agree. I love stuffed animals. Maybe I’m a kid at heart.

Other no-nos including heart-shaped jewelry, a candle, flowers and cheap lingerie. Okay, I agree with them on the cheap lingerie, but other than that, I just don’t get this list. What do you think? For me, the worst Valentine’s Day gift owuld be a can opener or something like that. Find the full list here.
