This 62 year old dude was busted for driving under the influence…again!David Black, from Austintown OH, is now looking at two years in prison after getting charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol for the 17th time.

The judge handling this case has also imposed a life time ban on his drivers license and ordered him to drugs and alcohol counseling.
