Ann Wilson Covers Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty as Guest at Gov’t Mule Gig
Ann Wilson made a surprise appearance at a Gov’t Mule show over the weekend where she performed a series of covers with the band.
The show took place on May 2 at the Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, Conn. Per Setlist.fm, Wilson joined Gov’t Mule for seven songs: Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”; Memphis Slim’s “Mother Earth”; Willie Dixon’s “You Shook Me”; Led Zeppelin’s “Black Dog”; Led Zeppelin’s “No Quarter”; Tom Petty’s “Luna”; and Heart’s “Magic Man.”
