March 8, 1993, quite frankly, the world changed. It is on that day that Mike Judge creations Beavis And Butt-Head graced the airwaves of MTV and soon thereafter became a pop culture phenomenon. (Fun fact: Their popularity led to them appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone three times.)

While we could provide a sprawling list of great moments, for the sake of you, the reader, here are five of our favorite hilarious Beavis And Butt-Head moments.

• When They Bullied Stewart Into Finding Them Some Internet Porn

  Poor Stewart…he was just too weak to stand up to the pressures from Beavis and Butt-Head to find free porn on their high school’s library computer.

• That Time They Were On Late Show With David Letterman

  Actually, they were on the Late Show so many times that a supercut of their appearances exists.

• That Airplane Scene From Beavis and Butt-Head Do America

  The old lady who can’t wait to play the “slots,” Butt-Head falling in love with a flight attendant, and an appearance from The Great Cornholio makes this excerpt pretty perfect.

• That Time They Presented An Oscar

  For real…this happened, and we’re sure Bruce Stambler was thrilled that his hard work in Sound Effects Editing was being presented by the likes of Beavis and Butt-Head. Nonetheless, it’s still pretty funny.

• That Time They Hosted A Thanksgiving Special With Kurt Loder

  Kurt Loder, a legitimately serious journalist for MTV News, wasn’t even immune to getting involved with the music network’s biggest stars.   Clearly, he was a pretty good sport about it…even though he never scored.
