Wow! What a weekend of rock in California. My friend, Kurt, was lucky enough to get out to the show and send back some killer pictures. Check out my page to see photos from the Friday and Saturday nights shows with Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, and Judas Priest.

Onto Sunday's show. It was the final night of the three day festival. TOOL and Metallica were on the bill. Kurt runs the local Metallica fan club chapter, The Struggle Within Michigan. Check out the site and become a member. They have all sorts of information about the events surrounding the two Ford Field shows, and much more.

Metallica's set included mostly classic 'Tallica songs, with a couple new ones, "Lux Eterna" and "Too Far Gone?" thrown in. Tool played "Forty Six & 2", "The Pot" and more, then closed with "Ænema".

Thanks again to Kurt Schwarz for sending back all the pictures this weekend. You're the best!
