Lzzy Hale of HALESTORM
I mean, to me, this is what it’s all about – live concerts outside on a beautiful summer night. That’s exactly what we had Saturday night in Royal Oak. Perfect weather and great bands!
Both bands killed it! Hit abound, between Halestorm and Collective Soul.
A couple things stood out to me. As far as Collective Soul is concerned, I just love the band. So many great songs. You might be surprised to hear, but my favorite CS song is “The World I Know”. I also liked the mix of covers they tossd in.
As for Halestorm, the band sounded fantastic. Lzzy’s voice is so powerful! She is the real deal for sure.
