There is always a lot that goes into preparing a Thanksgiving, but this family does something pretty crazy to divvy up the responsibilities.

This woman’s family does NOT tolerate slackers. She shared a video of her Thanksgiving Draft spreadsheet where family members pick a dish to prepare. The dishes are assigned point values based on their degree of difficulty.

Making cranberries is easy, so it gets a ONE. Cooking the turkey is difficult, so it gets a THREE. They also do a thing called Flex Kitchen where you hang out in the kitchen for an hour and do whatever cleanup is needed.
