Michigan Murder Highlighted in New Hulu Series Episode
It’s always cool when Michigan gets highlighted on the small screen. Of course, it’s better when a cool Michigan restaurant or story gets the attention, but sometimes, it’s something dark like a murder.
Now, a Michigan girl’s 2014 murder is the subject for a new episode of a popular true-crime documentary series on Hulu. The show is called “How I Caught My Killer,” and the Michigan girl is featured in episode six. In the episode, the story revolves around a 14-year-old victim who was murdered in Armada while she was away walking her dog.
The episode, called “You Can See Panic,” profiles and looks into the history of the young girl, named April Milsap. The show puts the focus on clues left behind by victims to find their perpetrators. With Milsap, her murderer carried her cell phone around in his pocket following the murder, and the police used the phone’s GPS to find him. The series is available now on Hulu.
