‘Women in Football’ Video Series Spotlights Women Working in the Lions Organization
The Detroit Lions’ primary team owner is a woman, Sheila Ford Hamp, and having a woman in that role is rare in the NFL. In addition to a female owner, the team also has a bevy of women in management.
Now, the Lions, in partnership with sponsor Priority Health, has launched video series spotlighting the important roles women play in the organization.
So far, two episodes have launched. The first episode features Jen McCollum, vice president of the Detroit Lions Foundation and community relations, while the second edition spotlights Liz Laux, assistant to player personnel and football administration.
Watch the two episodes below, and we’re looking forward to more!
