Major League Baseball To Hold Emergency Meeting Today

As we’ve already reported, the Miami Marlins have canceled their game tonight after at least eight of their players have tested positive for COVID-19. Now, the New York Yankees /Philadelphia Phillies game scheduled for tonight has been postponed according to the Philadelphia Inquirer, and also according to MLB on FOX reporter Ken Rosenthal. The Phillies played the Marlins over the weekend.

The Philadelphia Inquirer also reports that Major League Baseball is holding an emergency meeting today “to discuss the outbreak, and how to move forward.”
