The following items will “test your head and your mind and your brain too.” I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since School of Rock hit movie theatres.  An instant classic, this hilarious movie was something I shared with my kids over and over… we must have watched it 50 times.  School of Rock is chuck full of quotable moments that put you right back in the middle of the movie.  These School of Rock gifts do the same.  Scroll down to start shopping or read up a bit first on the history of the School of Rock then and now.

School of Rock premiered on September 24th, 2003, and was the highest-grossing music-themed comedy until 2015’s Pitch Perfect 2.  I’m not a huge fan of musicals but I LOVE the music-themed comedies. Jack Black rocks Mr. Schneebly to the nth degree as an imposter substitute teacher who is desperate to pay the rent and express his deep love for rock and roll.

“I pledge allegiance — to the band — of Mr. Schneebly.”

A few months ago in an Entertainment Tonight interview with Jack Black, the idea of plans were mentioned for a 20th reunion of the School of Rock cast.  Jack Black saying, “We like to jam.  I’m looking forward to seeing all of the grownups from School of Rock.”  Unfortunately, as of now, there are no announced reunion plans.  Some of the kids from the cast have had a happier story than others.  Catch up on where the cast of School of Rock in now, when you click HERE.

I hope you enjoy the School of Rock gifts that I found. Happy shopping and Happy 20th Anniversary to School of Rock!  Here’s to the movie and the man that serves society by rocking.  You made me love “It’s a Long Way to The Top” even more than I thought possible.
