The 2014 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival line up has been announced and this year’s tour starts in our backyard at
the old Pine Knob – the DTE Energy Music Theater on Friday, August 15th.
It is an impressive list of bands with Godsmack, Seether, and Pop Evil leading the way.
Godsmack has a special connection to Detroit
and has held some of their best shows in and around the Motor City. Seether’s new album and single is some of their best work to date and
it will be great to see them play some of the new songs live. Pop Evil are simply one of the most fun bands in concert that I’ve seen
in recent years.
The full rundown also includes Skillet, Escape the Fate, Redlight King, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason, New Medicine, Suicide Girls,
These Raven Skies, Tattered, Sons of Revelry, and Buckcherry on most dates, but not the opening date at DTE.
