It’s two for the price of one today on Talkin’ Rock.
Gavin Rossdale from Bush starts us off to talk about the upcoming new music, how “special” it is, and perhaps a re-birth for the band. He tells me about the only ballad on the album called “Undone” and how fast it came together. He talks about how the music is heavier. Their debut album, 16 Stone, turns 25 this coming December and he talks a little about that album.
Mike Einzinger from Incubus is second on tap for today. They also have new music coming out this year and a tour. “Make Yourself” turns 20 this year and we talk about that album, the new stuff they’re working on and the way they may put it out. Mike also has this kick-ass company called Mix Halo. He tells me about it and what monster band is using the technology now. We talk a little, very little, Game Of Thrones and living the life of a rock-star.
