Steven Adler and his band “Adler’s Appetite” are playing this Saturday at Motor City Harley Davidson’s Harleyfest in Farmington Hills, Mi., but first he talksed to me.
First up, it’s MyGNRforum admin, Russ Robinson. He gives us some updates on what’s going on in the GNR world.

Then, it’s Steven’s turn and the topics are plenty. Of course, a lot revolving around GRN and his desire to get back into the band. He tells me about his current band and their recent Australian tour with singer Constantine Maroulis on vocals. He fills me in on the ‘latest’ GNR song “Shadow Of Your Love” from 1985. The talk did go to “Chinese Democracy”, which he doesn’t think should’ve been made under the GNR umbrella. He tells me his plans for an upcoming book, which will be written from the memories of other people. We discuss his sobriety, drumming heroes, playing a couple stadium gigs with GNR, the upcoming box set, and that’s just for starters.
