It’s been about 4 or 5 years since I talked with Joe Perry. The guy is a legend! He’s now doing this project called the Hollywood Vampires, plus he doing stuff with Pitbull. At 65 this guy never stops. He talks a lot about the HV, who had him speechless recording the new album, the British guitar influences he had growing up, and somehow he turned the fact that the song “Walk this Way” with Run DMC turning 30 into a comment on the death of Lemmy.
The new cd from HV is pretty solid. I really like it. Get it! Enjoy…
