I love talking to Jesse James Dupree. I’ve known him since about 1992. I always wondered if something I did was a first for the band, and we talked about that. The new CD, Full Throttle Saloon, the chainsaw, his bourbon and tons more. It was really interesting hearing his take on AC/DC, too. Jackyl plays at the Diesel Lounge in Chesterfield this coming Friday. It’s a great listen and always fun to talk to Jesse.
Then I talk with Roger Curtis from the Michigan International Speedway. The Firekeepers Casino 400 is June 12th. As always, there’s always a lot going on around the race, and this year is no different. Plus, there’s been some aero changes which is expected to lead to some great racing.
