VIDEO: Crossing Guard Saves Student from Getting Hit By a Car
A crossing guard in North East, Maryland saved a girl from getting hit by a car on Friday.
Surveillance video from a school bus caught the entire encounter. As you can see in the video, a student was crossing the road with a crossing guard stopping traffic. However, one driver decided to ignore the crossing guard’s sign. The crossing guard came to the rescue just in time, and pushed the girl out of the way.
"It was just a natural reaction to make sure she got out of the way first. I was secondary at that point."
