Irish Folk Band Shares Incredible Cover of Foo Fighters’ ‘The Pretender’
Foo Fighters’ classic song “The Pretender” got a stunning makeover thanks to the band Acting The Maggot.
Billing themselves as “Irish punk pop rock folk fun music,” the band shared their cover of the track originally released on 2007’s Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace, and it is just awesome! The Foos even gave it their approval by sharing the video below to their Instagram stories.
In the four days since sharing the performance to Instagram, Acting The Maggot’s cover has received over 50,000 views and counting. Not half bad for a band with just under 1,400 followers.
