101 WRIF and Schoolcraft College conducted a search for someone to become “The Riff’s Brewer”! The winner will learn everything they need to know in the areas of brewing and distillation, and include courses on Brewing Science, Beer Styles and Flavors, Brewhouse Operations and Technology, Beverage Management, Service, Marketing and more!
The grand prize is a full scholarship to Schoolcraft College’s Brewing and Distillation Technology Program, to prepare them to secure a job in the brewing industry!
