Today is Fat Tuesday, which means tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and time to give something up for Lent. Before then, though, it's Paczki day!
Paczki consists of deep-fried pieces of dough, kind of like a donut, and filled sweet fillings. Paczkis often have some kind of sweet topping, too, such as powdered sugar or icing. I actually don't like Paczkis but like donuts. Go figure.
