National Detroit-Style Pizza Day is Thursday (June 23), which means it's a good excuse to indulge on the cheesy, saucy favorite. Of course, you don't need an excuse to eat Detroit-style pizza, but it's just extra fun to have some on its actual holiday.
If you're looking for the perfect spot to celebrate National Detroit-Style Pizza Day, read on for a list of some of our favorite spots. Jet's is a big one, since I know people from well outside of Michigan that think of Jet's pizza being synonymous with Detroit-style pizza. Also, it's great to see how Detroit-style pizza has become so famous on the national front, with some national pizza brands even launching their own versions.
