It was this date (April 9, 2017) that the Detroit Red Wings played their final game at the infamous Joe Louis Arena. It was a tough end to the season as it marked the first time the Red Wings failed to make the playoffs after a 25 year streak that included 4 Stanley Cup championships. However, they did go out on top with a 4-1 victory over the New Jersey Devils. Most of us have a lot of great memories at the old bard Stevie Y built. What are your favorites?
