Congratulations are in order for Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx and wife, Courtney, who are expecting their first child together!

Courtney Sixx confirmed the news to Us Weekly saying, “We are over the moon excited to be having a baby! Nikki is going to be the most amazing dad in the world because he already is.”

At age 60, Nikki Sixx will become a father for the fifth time, but he certainly isn’t the first musician ever to have a child late in life.  Just check out the gallery below to see which musicians welcomed children after 60.

  The past four years saw The Piano Man become a father again...and again. Joel and wife, Alexis Roderick, welcomed daughters, Della Rose and Remy Anne, in August 2015 and October 2017. Joel was 66 and 68, respectively.

  Wood and wife, Sally Humphreys, became parents to twin girls, Gracie Jane and Alice Rose, in May 2016, just days before Wood turned 69.

• Mick Jagger

  Jagger and girlfriend Melanie Hamrick welcomed son, Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger, in December 2016. Jagger was 73. Two years prior in May 2014, Jagger became a great-grandfather. (Seriously.)
