Joe Perry onstage in Pontiac

Joe Perry ripped through a set of solo and Aerosmith songs Saturday night in the intimate confines of the Crofoot in Pontiac. Taking the stage around 8:55, he played and hour and half set showing off his bluesy guitar mastery. His band, that included Aerosmith keyboardist, Buck Johnson and Extreme front man Gary Cherone, were more that up for the task at hand, finishing off this quick tour of six dates.

Check out some pictures from the show courtesy of Jason Anthony from the station, and my friend Kurt Schwarz from the Metallica fan club, The Struggle Within Michigan.
