On July 27, 2024, the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre 311 brought their "Unity Tour" to Detroit. Sharing the stage with AWOLNATION and Neon Trees, 311 delivered an amazing concert.

The "Unity Tour" blended the best of 311's classic hits with high-energy performances from singer and guitarist Nick Hexum, singer and D.J. S.A. Martinz, lead guitarist Tim Mahoney, drummer Chad Sexton, and bassist Aaron "P-Nut" Wills.

The band took the stage at 9 pm. and opened up with "Beautiful Disaster" from their 1997 "Transistor," setting the tone for the night, followed by "Freeze Time" off their 1999 album "Soundsystem." They followed up with the classics "Come Original" off the same album and "What The?!" off the 2019 album "Voyager."

311 had the perfect mix, from their hits to a few deep cuts and a bass solo from P-Nut featuring a snippet of Rage Against the Machine's "Killing in the Name."

They closed the night with "Freak Out" and "Down," which was an amazing way to end the night on a high note.
