Talkin’ Rock with Josh Katz from Badflower, Waylon Reavis of A Killer’s Confession and James Murray from Impractical Jokers
Lots to get to on this episode of Talkin’ Rock.
We start with Josh Katz of Badflower. The new album is out and it was done very differently from their last album. We talk about the songs and the topics he writes about. He tells me about his move to Nashville and if that will change his writing or outlook on life. Plus, we talk about three classic albums that came out on this day thirty years ago.
Then, it’s Waylon Reavis from A Killer’s Confession – around the 16 minute mark – as we discuss what’s going on with his band, a recent festival they played, working with Chad Gray, Mushroomhead and lots more.
Finally, it’s James “Murr” Murray from Impractical Jokers. That starts around the 33 minute mark. Murr has a new book out called The Stowaway. He tells me about the book and the process of writing it. Plus, some IJ talk about them getting back on stage, being recognized in public (or not) and much more in this funny conversation.
