Michigan has produced a lot of great rock bands, and Taproot is one of them. The height of their success was in the early 2000’s. In this episode of Radio Chatter we talk about those days. Stephen tells me who ran over a bunch of their cd’s with his car in Chicago, we talk about Jarrod’s book, and an addition to Stephen’s family. Stephen also talks about singing onstage with Pantera, playing with the Def Tones and Incubus, and the top Taproot album in his opinion. They both talked about the beginnings of the band where Stephen played the drums. They also told me about the 20th anniversary show this weekend at the Token Lounge in Westland, Michigan and what surprises they have in store for this show.
Enjoy!
